Located in Lancaster County in the heart of Pennsylvania’s famous woodworking country, Prevo is celebrating its 34th year in the custom cabinetry business in 2019. The company was originally established in 1985. Prevo is a privately owned company with the owners on site. The current ownership team purchased Prevo in 2011.

Prevo Cabinetry offers full custom cabinetry with framed & frame-less cabinet options and an entry level custom line. All plywood construction (no particle board). Doors/Drawer fronts are manufactured on site. We deliver on our own trucks and blanket wrap all cabinetry.

Most custom cabinetry manufacturers offer lots of doors, solid wood fronts, nice finishes, etc. Prevo goes beyond the obvious; our projects are backed not only with a Limited Lifetime Warranty but by a solid, stable, financially secure “Yes” company that wants to earn your business.

When Olaf Gerhardt assumed ownership of the semicustom cabinet shop in January of 1997, he had a distinctive business plan in mind — to focus only on high-end custom cabinetry. Following this philosophy, Gerhardt has turned Tischlerei (German for cabinetmaking or cabinetmaker's workshop) into a multi-million dollar enterprise serving three major markets in addition to its local clientele: Chicago's North Shore area; the resort areas in Vail, Aspen and Glenwood Springs, CO; and Colorado Springs, CO.
